Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
1. Who we are
LOGOSFI, INC. ("Logos", "we", "our" or "us") runs the website at logosfi.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with and what choices you have.
For the personal information described here, Logos is the “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR, and, to the extent any US state privacy law applies, the “business” or “controller” as defined in that law. In this policy, personal information has the same meaning as “personal data” under EU and UK law.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or write to us, we collect:
your name and work email address;
your institution;
the message you write; and
anything else you choose to tell us in later correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our systems and our providers may collect:
your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system;
the pages you view, the links you click, the time and length of visits and the page that referred you;
approximate location derived from your IP address; and
cookie and similar identifiers, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from others. We may receive business contact details from public sources or from people who introduce you to us.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords or other sensitive personal information.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible design partnership;
keep records of our business conversations and follow up when relevant;
run, secure and improve the Site;
understand how the Site is used, using analytics where you have agreed or where the law allows;
send occasional business updates about Logos, where the law allows and with a way to opt out; and
meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use personal information from the Site to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal bases for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on:
our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, developing our business and keeping the Site secure, balanced against your rights;
your consent, for non-essential cookies and similar technologies and for any marketing where consent is required, which you can withdraw at any time;
steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement; and
compliance with legal obligations.
Logos has not appointed a representative in the EU or the UK. You can contact us about any privacy matter at privacy@logosfi.com
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share personal information only with:
Service providers that help us run the Site and our business under written terms, namely our hosting and site platform (Framer), our cookie consent tool (Cookiebot, by Usercentrics), our analytics provider (Google Analytics, by Google) and our email provider (Google Workspace).
Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, who are bound by confidentiality.
Authorities, where the law requires it or where we need to protect our rights, safety or property.
A successor, if Logos is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets. We will require the successor to respect this policy.
Others, with your consent.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. The Cookie Policy explains which ones, why, and how to change your choice. It forms part of this Privacy Policy.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to manage a possible business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. If you enter into a separate agreement with Logos, records are then kept subject to the terms of that agreement. Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
know whether we process your personal information and get a copy;
correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your personal information;
receive your information in a portable format;
object to or limit some processing, including direct marketing;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, where that applies; and
not be treated unfairly for using these rights.
To use these rights, email privacy@logosfi.com.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in a US state whose privacy law applies to our processing, and we decline your request, you may appeal by writing to privacy@logosfi.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message or write to us.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls with our providers. No online system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Logos is based in the United States. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland and you submit information to us or visit our Site, your information will be processed in the United States. Our providers process information in the United States and the EU. Where personal information is transferred from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on (a) the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified; and (b) otherwise, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant, included in our providers’ data processing terms. You can ask for more information about these safeguards at privacy@logosfi.com.
11. Children
The Site is for business visitors and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own. Please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will give a clearer notice, for example on the Site.
